All motors and other products have a 2-year-warranty. We offer free replacement parts and free maintenance within the warranty while paid spare parts and maintenance guidance out of the warranty. Free installation instruction, training and remote service are available along the entire product life cycle. We also regularly visit customers to examine the motors and ensure the long-term reliability. If customer need value-added services, UNITE MOTOR is capable of offering customized motor, OEM manufacturing, custom-tailored packaging and logo.
